Sandy Kusano is a human potential coach with a unique approach.
She uses a mental fitness process to help her clients rewire their brains and reduce the habits that get in the way of their performance, mental
wellness, and relationships. Her clients shift from self-sabotage to clear-headed focus.
Sandy hired us to create a brand and website that would set her up for success straight from launch, and appeal to her future clients, women of color who are emerging leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs. These women have hit a wall and believe there has to be something more for them in life. They’re ready for transformation.
Our strategy was to combine Sandy’s bubbly personality with her passion for leadership and success, and overall, to represent positivity.
Sources of Inspiration
After getting to know Sandy and her business goals, we knew her brand needed to fill her audience with an optimism and energy that promises them life and hope. Her final brand colors embodied Sandy’s brand keywords: bright, optimistic, joyful.
Branding & Collateral
For Sandy’s logo, we wanted something sophisticated, yet playful. The embellished swooping font and hovering hummingbird icon both represent movement and a subtle lightness, while the bright colors and rich tones give the brand depth and a sense of hopefulness.

Web Design
Sandy’s website is all personality and optimism. It’s how she lives her life, and how she teaches her clients to approach theirs as well. Her gorgeous photography, playful arrow and star icons, and overlapping photo layout give her coaching business the kind of website that keeps visitors engaged and moving on to the next page, until they’re officially ready to commit to booking.
