She’s the founder of City Boss Coaching, and she helps city managers, CAOs, and directors stop leading in isolation and start leading with clarity, confidence, and energy. After 15+ years in city management across Texas and Washington, Kellye knows firsthand what it costs to hold the top seat while quietly wondering if any of it is still worth it. Now she helps other city executives make the shift from performing leadership to actually living it.
Working with Kellye was a genuinely fun project. She walks this fascinating line between polished professional and total original, and translating that into a brand was a creative challenge we absolutely loved. The result is one of our most distinctive launches to date.

Kellye’s brand is built around two ideas that play beautifully against each other. Watercolor illustrations of city and town scapes visually represent the world her clients lead, bringing warmth and artistry to an otherwise buttoned-up industry. Clean horizontal stripes balance everything out, a nod to structure, order, and staying within the lines. The tension between those two elements captures exactly who Kellye is and who she serves.
