What is An Oola Life Coach?
An Oola life coach is the core of this organization, and the life coaches are the contact points with the clients. A coach is passionate about helping others improve their lives, spark their enthusiasm, and grow as individuals.
If you believe every person has a hidden talent that should be brought to light, you would make a great Oola coach. Compassion, patience, understanding, and a desire to make life better for other people are the keys to great coaching.
Becoming an Oola coach also helps you feel that you’re doing something meaningful with your life, as you help others reach their goals and be the best they can be.
How Much Does It Cost To Be An Oola Life Coach?
It costs surprisingly little to become an Oola life coach, especially when you compare their service with other courses, which can charge as much as $12,000 or sometimes even more. The upfront fee to become an Oola coach varies, so you should contact the company for current prices, but it is often much lower than competitors.
However, you should be aware that to continue as a coach, the company charges $97 per month. They do suggest that this fee could be less than you charge for just an hour of coaching, so if your earnings are high, you will probably not mind it.
If you stop paying the monthly fee, you will still be able to work as a private Oola coach, but you will lose access to most of the services. You won’t be able to use the logo or designs of the company, and you won’t be able to facilitate the Oola coaching packages.
You can restart your monthly fee at any time to regain access to these services.
What Is The Oola Framework?
The Oola Lifestyle Framework has been designed to bring together all of the Oola products into one umbrella framework that clients can buy as a cheaper means of accessing everything Oola has to offer. You can buy an annual subscription for $547, or a monthly subscription for $47 per month ($77 to begin with).
The Oola framework will help clients work out what they truly care about in life, and then identify how they can work toward their goals. The framework looks at many aspects of a person’s life, including their relationships and their financial situation.
It also looks at how a person can take care of themselves and overcome negative beliefs about themselves. It is about helping clients find out what is important to them and set goals that will help them to achieve this.
When you sign up for the Oola Lifestyle Framework, you’ll get access to the Oola Companion app, a community of individuals, and customized content that has been designed just for you.
How Much Do Oola Life Coaches Make?
You are not paid a salary as an Oola life coach, so your earnings will vary enormously compared with other coaches. You will be paid according to the number of clients that you attract, but you should be aware that a percentage of the earnings you make via Oola will be retained by the company.
Oola pays their coaches 80 percent of the earnings from their clients (for coaches on the 10-week Oola Coaching Program), and you can increase this by setting coaching programs you would like to undertake in the future.
You can also coach outside of the Oola program, and you will keep 100 percent of your fees. If you become a speaker via Oola, you will keep all of your speaking fees.
How Do I Become An Oola Life Coach?
If you’re interested in becoming an Oola life coach, it’s a good idea to set up a chat with one of the current coaches. They can talk to you about what the program involves and walk you through the steps for signing up.
You will then undergo training to ensure that you can reach the standards expected of an Oola coach.
You should register online to become a coach through Oola, and you will then receive both a confirmation email and an email from your Master Coach, who will welcome you to the program. Next, you can schedule a private call, and this will cover all the onboarding information.
You can talk to the Master Coach about how to build a business, and you will be given access to Oola’s training materials so you can start learning.
Is Oola Life Coach A Pyramid Scheme?
Oola is not a pyramid scheme, but there are a few aspects of the business that are reminiscent of a pyramid scheme. There are physical products available, but the company mostly focuses upon its digital products, and this can lend it the feel of a pyramid scheme.
This is not helped by marketing tactics designed to pull in more coaches. However, fundamentally, the business does not require you to recruit other coaches in order to make money and survive as a coach, and they permit you to continue your coaching outside their business.
This means that the business is not a pyramid scheme, although it shares some similarities with it, and coaches should be careful about falling into the pyramid trap.
Is There An Oola Life Coach Certification?
Yes, there is a certification provided by Oola. You will be given access to multiple training modules, and after studying each module, you will be given a short exam to complete upon the subject. Once you have completed all of the modules for the 10-week Oola Coaching Program, you can activate your certification as a coach.
You will have to continue to participate in the Oola business to maintain your life coach certification. Along with the monthly fee you must pay, you will also do regular training calls with Dr. Troy and Dr. Dave, and you will need to keep coaching clients on a regular basis.
If you fail to meet the requirements for a coach, you will lose your certification, and you will have to re-meet the requirements in order to get your certification instated again.
Who Are The Top Oola Coaches?
As with most coaching programs, there aren’t top coaches associated with Oola, but there are some who have put their success stories out there to encourage others to try the program out.
For example, on the Oola website, you can see recommendations from various coaches, including Jason S., Kelly O., and Gina V. These coaches all talk about how the program has changed their lives and what it has meant for them.
Final Thoughts: Becoming An Oola Life Coach
Although we can’t tell you what to do, we are not fans of MLM coaching. However, Oola is a little different and you don’t need to recruit other coaches, so we are going to leave that decision up to you.
However, we do think you should have your own brand and website and not fully rely on Oola for all your business.
If the company ever closes, everything disappears and you’ve branded your coaching business under them. Developing your own offers, and launching your coaching business is a more secure route to take.
