What is CoachAccountable

CoachAccountable Home - Best Online Coaching Platform

CoachAccountable is the best coaching management tool for new and experienced coaches. Streamline your most important, day-to-day coaching tasks and elevate your client experience with less time. From onboarding to contracts to invoicing, Coachaccountable has it all!

CoachAccountable Features Breakdown

CoachAccountable has a robust feature list! One of our favorite features is that it’s mobile-friendly. No matter which device you or your clients choose, the experience remains seamless.

Now you can work from anywhere with confidence! You’ll still have your ducks in a row and your client experience won’t be negatively impacted. Win-win!

Here are some more features that we think you’ll love:

Because let’s be honest, if we’re not at our desk, we’re by our phones! Fewer missed appointments can lead to better client results and more money in your pocket, and those are both things that we love to see!

Invoicing

invoicing - CoachAccountable Review Screenshots

CoachAccountable has an invoicing feature that helps you get paid faster. Your clients can submit payments online with no additional processing fees, via Stripe, Square, or Paypal.

Invoices can be customized with your logo and set to send one-time or on a recurring basis. You can add invoice items and set the final amounts with taxes. We love automation, and this “set it and forget it” approach to invoicing is worth the investment.

Coaching Packages

Set and sell your coaching packages with ease. Whether you offer a free inquiry call, have one offering that has various payment options or a full-fledged course – this feature allows you to outline each coaching package clearly and makes it simple for clients to learn more, pay, and book.

You can even customize your signup process with intake forms, so you can gather all of the information you need upfront.

Coaching Contracts

CoachAccountable makes contracts easier than ever. If there’s one area of your coaching business that needs to be pristine, it’s this. Imagine sending contracts and agreements to clients with a few clicks. Then, when your client receives it, they’re able to sign right there, no matter if they’re viewing from a mobile device or desktop computer.

All of your coaching contracts are logged in CoachAccountable and you’re able to access a contract report at any time. Talk about peace of mind!

Client Management

You value excellence and you love serving your clients. CoachAccountable has the best client management features that will help each client feel like they are receiving the best service.

You can send worksheets and assignments, send files, share session notes, leave comments, keep a record of important tasks, and set deadlines that your client can refer to at any time.

It even allows you to quantify results and measure success via the dashboard. CoachAccountable holds your clients accountable too!

Group Coaching

Facebook isn’t the only way to coach a group! CoachAccountable’s group coaching feature allows you to own the room, and create a safe and secure environment online where you coaching clients can connect and thrive.

With administrative capabilities, you can choose the kind of access your clients receive once they’ve joined the group. Share files, assign actions, and create live discussions that will help everyone grow together.

Coaching Courses

You don’t need to drop good money on a separate course software because CoachAccountable has a powerful feature built right in. Now you can create your very own coaching course and allow clients to access your wealth of knowledge in multiple ways. Pack your course with videos, worksheets, and resources that clients can access at their own pace. Not to mention the opportunity for passive coaching income!

CoachAccountable Pros

The benefit of coaching software like this is that virtually all of your coaching needs are housed on one platform, so you can skip remembering (or forgetting) all of those usernames and passwords.

The integration with Stripe and Zoom is flawless! Payment is easy and your Zoom account is synced which means simple video meeting scheduling.

The customer service at CoachAccountable is unmatched. Their friendly team is so patient and will help onboard you so you can start getting the most out of your investment from day 1.

Last, but most certainly not least, CoachAccountable keeps your clients engaged between sessions.

CoachAccountable Cons

While we love a good feature list, the sheer number of features can seem overwhelming. Which one to start with? Do I customize this or that? This can seem like a lot when you first sign up but we promise it’s worth it and you’ll get in the groove.

The cost of the software depends on how many clients you have. We have this included as a con because the overall cost increase doesn’t feel fun…however, the cost per client decreases with the more clients you have. We do like that CoachAccountable is affordable for coaches just starting.

While the software is mobile and desktop friendly, users have shared about its outdated design and elements of the user experience. We’re curious to know what you think!

  2. I signed up on CoachAccountable, spent many hours creating custom elements, exploring the software, and setting things up for the launch of our relationship coaching business. However, we had to delay our launch by 6-9 months based on the priorities of our organization. While I like many of the features in CoachAccountable, I would agree with your comments about a dated user experience and also would prefer a better mobile option. Over the past 6 months while we attend to several other priorities we have also had to continue to pay $20 month US ($26 CAD) in order to not lose the work we put into building templates and our customized CoachAccountable site. I would have very much appreciated an ability to suspend our account without losing all the work we’ve invested. To date we haven’t even used the software for a client, but are still paying. I know this is not unlike some other software solutions, but I also subscribe to many who are willing to allow a user to suspend the use of their account without loss of data for periods of time. At this point I am seriously looking at moving toward Quenza, as they provide many of the things I am looking for and have an option to subscribe for $149 month with unlimited clients, which may work better for us when we launch. They also provide an App and full white label solution. They lack some of the customizable options on CoachAccountable, but it is much cleaner, simple to use, and less complicated to setup.

Thank you for your review of CoachAccountable. I think you pretty much nailed it. Other than Quenza, and I have looked at more than 25 coaching apps, I would say CoachAccountable does offer some of the most powerful features available. The only reason I may not continue to build and launch our coaching service on it, is that it feels a bit like I am working on a MicroSoft Windows platform, when all my clients would prefer the user experience of an Apple product.

    1. Hi Jonathan! Thanks so much for your honest comment about your experience with CoachAccountable. We love a lot of stuff about it, but you confirmed the main two issues we definitely hope they improve soon. The design, for a product in 2020, is super outdated. I’m hoping they fix it. Additionally, the pricing is a little overwhelming. But we can’t deny that it does have the best features and the best flexibility thus far. We are testing Paperbell currently and have a review coming soon. We’ve full tested Dubsado, and although they allow you to try for free and keep your data after you pause the subscription, it’s a complex setup made for entrepreneurs in general vs just coaches. We haven’t chosen our “platform of choice” just yet, but we’ll keep testing! Thanks for telling us about Quenza too. It’s on our list but we haven’t had a chance to check it out.

  3. Your review is on point. Its 2022, they have great features but still outdated and very confusing user interface.

    1. Agreed! If they would just hire a UX designer and get their interface together, I think CoachAccountable could be the best in our industry. Here’s hoping they listen to their users and reviews like this. Thanks for commenting Dani 🙂
